Cath Kidston is looking to sell her business to
US private equity firm TA Associates, reports the Guardian.

Multititle cataloguer N Brown Group has unveiled
a new menswear brand called Williams and Brown.
The new catalogue is aimed at men aged 45 to 60 years, writes
Crain’s Manchester Business.

According to the Times, department store chain John
Lewis
is expected to announce this week a 12.5 percent
rise in full-year pretax profits to £315 million, up from
£280 million the previous year. Staff of the John Lewis
Partnership are expected to share a £140 million bonus
pot.

Almost 100 potential buyers have registered an interest in
acquiring Reader’s Digest out of administration,
reports the Telegraph.
