As part of its continuing expansion, apparel retailer
White Stuff has made a number of key
appointments to its management team. Alison Lancaster joins as
home shopping director. She was formerly marketing director at
Harrods Direct, and prior to that held a similar
post at shirtmaker Charles Tyrwhitt. Andrew Webb
is appointed chief operating officer, responsible for overseeing
the operational aspects of the business, specifically retail,
home shopping, supply chain, finance, IT, and property. Helen
Marshall is named retail director and Aviva Bard is promoted from
merchandise director to commercial director.

Laura Tenison, the founder of the baby and maternity apparel
cataloguer JoJo Maman B�b�, has won the Veuve
Clicquot businesswoman of the year award. As part of her prize,
reports Wales Today, Tenison will have her own vine
from which she will receive a lifetime’s supply of
champagne.
