Deloitte has confirmed 164 Blockbuster stores will be
closing over the coming weeks as part of a phased closure with staff in the
affected stores all set to lose their jobs. The video-rental specialists
remaining stores will continue to trade as usual whilst administrators continue
negotiations with bidders.
