Acorn Web Offset has undergone a management buyout, splitting
from the Garnett Dickinson Group. The MBO was led by Nick Alexander, general
manager Mark Roberts and sales manager Matthew Carry. As a result, Alexander
steps down from his current position as group chief executive of Garnett
Dickinson Group. In a statement, newly appointed Garnett Dickinson group chief
executive Joel Dickinson says the sale of the Acorn Web Offset business was
“necessary for our team to sharpen their focus and deliver further investment
in providing innovative tailored multichannel solutions to new and existing
customers”.
