Home delivery service provider Panther Logistics has been acquired by Chicago headquartered AIT. The UK logistics business was the largest independent provider of two man delivery services with clients including Dunelm, Habitat, and Wayfair with annual sales of £60 million.
The deal will see Panther’s UK management team continue under its new ownership with its commercial director Gary McKelvey moving up to the role of managing director.
