Amazon has announced that Prime Day 2024 was its biggest event to date, with record sales and more items sold during the two-day event than any previous Prime Day event. It failed to mention, though, that there was a significant issue for its merchants on the Tuesday of Prime Day when its marketing portal for merchants crashed, leaving sellers unable to manage ad budgets and keyword bids for two hours….
