Amazon UK has apologised to its UK sellers after a series of technical issues meant that orders received and processed after the August Bank Holiday weekend were not able to be seen by merchants’ delivery services, including the ‘Click & Drop’ service provided by Royal Mail.
The ‘Click & Drop’ service enables marketplace sellers to offer customers a choice of delivery options, produce shipping labels and access tracking reports. It works across platforms including eBay, Etsy and WooCommrce, in addition to Amazon.
