More Arcadia Group assets – including furniture, tech and equipment from its former London HQ, have been auctioned off by Hilco Valuation Services, as administrators at Deloitte continue to raise cash for creditors.
With much of Sir Philip Green’s fashion empire already dismantled, the latest sale, over two days last week, saw scores of items under the hammer – ranging from large numbers of iPads, laptops and cameras to fabric cutting machines and designer office furniture by Fritz Hansen, Knoll, and Gubi, among others.
According to The Telegraph, Hilco said there was a “healthy response” to the auction.
Separate private sales were held for the contents of the executive suite, including desks designed by Lady Tina Green’s firm Green and Mingarelli, and the commercial kitchen and catering facilities.
Furniture and fittings at Arcadia’s distribution and data centres are also understood to be up for sale.
