Asda extends George online offering with third party brands

Asda has signed up Decathlon for its George online marketplace and is engaged in identifying & securing a number of other distinctive brands which will enhance its overall offering. Physical Decathlon concesions are already in place in 22 Asda supermarkets.

Asda is leveraging Virtualstock’s offering for the project and its senior manager of eCommerce portfolio Andrew Thompson said: “Working with Virtualstock has enabled us to extend our range to customers by onboarding trusted brands such as Decathlon. This has allowed us to appeal to a wider customer audience and grow our revenue.”
