ASOS has decided to close its loss-making Crooked Tongues website. It had originally acquired a 50 per cent stake in the online trainers business for £150,000, followed by a further 45 per cent in 2013. ASOS will honour its returns promise until the end of February and now focus its efforts on generating sales for trainers via its main site.
