ASOS has strengthened its board by appointing four new independent non-executive directors who will join its board over the next six months.
Ocado Solutions CEO Luke Jensen joins the board at the start of November and will sit on the online fashion retailer’s audit and nomination committees. Also joining on 1st November is Mai Fyfield who is currently Sky’s chief commercial and strategy officer who will be part of the audit and remuneration committees. Karen Geary has also joined and becomes chair of the remuneration committee on December 1st.
Eugenia Ulasewicz, a former president of Americas for Burberry, joins the audit and nomination committees in April 2020.
