ASOS has announced that it is going to be significantly ahead of its sales and profit forecasts following continued strong trading since lockdown ended. Returns levels had also fallen since April and were still at a much lower rate than expected.
Group sales reached £1 bilion for the four months to June 30th with active customer numbers up to 23 million, a 16 per cent rise.
ASOS says its full year profit before tax should reach between £130 million and £150 million with revenue likely to be between 17 per cent and 19 per cent higher year on year.
