Mike Welch, the founder of Blackcircles, has acquired the intellectual property assets (but not the liabilities) of Atterley from the administrators, KPMG, and is now planning to relaunch the business as an online marketplace for independent fashion retailers. The newly launched operation has already begun to sign up retailers.
