Woolworths has launched Everyday Market, a platform with an initial 2000 products, in a bid to rival both Amazon and eBay across Australia. Launch categories include kitchen and dining, toys, health & beauty, baby, and homewares. Further products from partner brands will be added over the coming months in an offering which is being developed for existing Woolworths customers. The retailer has around 12 million online grocery shoppers and is the supermarket sector leader in Australia with stores in most towns and suburbs.
