It is widely expected that Authentic Brands will acquire Hunter Boot following a two-month sale process which has attracted global interest in the brand. The process has been orchestrated by Alix Partners.
It is understood that a deal will see Hunter Boot valued at around £100m which will go to majority shareholder – Pall Mall Legacy, with Searchlight Capital Partners and Pentland Group owning the balance of shares between them.
