B&M Bargains achieves record sales

Group revenues increased by 29.5 per cent to £1.646.8 million at B&M Retail representing a like-for-like increase of 4.4 per cent. During the year to 28th March 2015, the retailer had opened 52 net new stores which between them registered an average of 2.9 million transactions per week. The value retailer also strengthened its head office team during the year and began to integrate its German acquisition Jawoll which has some 50 stores. Further expansion in the UK and Germany is planned for the coming year.
