Bensons for Beds has acquired the brand, website and related assets of Eve Sleep from its administrators.
Backed by Alteri Investors, Bensons will retain Eve Sleep as a standalone brand and is to relaunch its website later this month. The acquisition fits with Bensons’ plan to accelerate its digital activity.
“Eve Sleep is a brand that we know resonates strongly with key customer groups and we’re looking forward to unlocking its full potential as it takes advantage of our scale and reach,” said Bensons for Beds CEO Nick Collard.
