million resulting in a pre-tax profit of £10.1 million for the year to October
31st 2013. The business has
issued its 1403 employees with annual bonuses equivalent to 5.5 weeks’ salary
via its quarterly bonus scheme. The business owns tea and coffee merchant
Taylors of Harrogate, sells online, runs a bakery and a cookery school in
addition to its six tea rooms.
