BCG Wholesale has acquired the trade and assets of Tiger Feet Ltd, an online retailer of party supplies and balloons and Paul White Ltd, its parent company.
Paul White Ltd was established in 1979, in Leeds and operated three depots, with Tiger Feet Direct running its online operations from the Leeds premises since 2013.
The acquisition terms have not been disclosed.
