Jacques Vert Group which operates Eastex, Dash, Windsmooor and Precis Petit in addition to the Jacques Vert brand has announced the appointment of Tim Davies as its chief executive. Davies will replace Teresa Tideman. In addition it has named Shaun Wills as its chief financial officer. Wills was previously with SuperGroup and had stepped down earlier this year, following an action by HMRC to render him personally bankrupt, which was later annulled.
