Boden has announced that it will temporarily close its stores in the light of the threat of coronavirus to employees and customers.
In a statement to Direct Commerce, the company said: “We’ve been rigorously following the recommendations of Public Health England and the World Health Organisation over the last few weeks and have made the decision to close our shops from today, Tuesday 17th March, to be reviewed on Friday 27th March. This is in order to protect our people and customers and to allow those who support the stores to focus their energy where it is needed most. All our websites are trading and we will do all we can to remain open and serving customers online. We continue to monitor the situation closely and would like to thank our employees and loyal customers for their continued patience and support”
