Mature market womenswear chain Bonmarche has announced plans
to list its shares on the stock market. The chain has 264 stores, as well as a
transactional website, mail order catalogue and TV shopping channel. The
business has been successfully turned around since its acquisition by Sun European
Partners in 2012 after it fell into administration when owned by Peacocks.
