Boohoo has confirmed that Iain McDonald, currently chairman of MySale Group, director of The Hut Group and director at Houseology, will join the Boohoo board in September.
The online fashion retailer’s non-executive chairman Peter Williams said “I am delighted to welcome Iain to the company. Ian’s insight into the eCommerce world will be a great asset at this time in the group’s growth. The board very much look forward to working with him.”
