Boohoo has extended its relationship with Rokt in an effort to drive customer order levels which fell during the past FY by 11 per cent to 55.5 million. Using advanced AI, Rokt provides Boohoo with the capability to create deeply personalised offers to drive customer engagement.
Boohoo will also use Rokt Ads which will enable it to acquire new customers at scale.
