Mothercare and Boots have entered into a franchise arrangement that will see Mothercare clothing lines stocked in Boots stores from next summer. This move follows pre-announced plans to shutter all Mothercare stores across the UK. It is understood that Boots will also sell an edited Mothercare range online with what remains of the Mothercare business aiming to operate on a purely online and wholesale entity.
