Online flash sales retailer BrandAlley has been rescued via a pre-pack deal after falling into financial difficulties. Of its 163 staff, 15 have been made redundant, with a further 60 likely to follow once the handover to new owner BrandAlley International Ltd is complete.

Following a sale of the business, the BrandAlley website, brand and ongoing operations have transferred to a new owner. This secures BrandAlley’s future and means it’s business as usual for you, our customers.

• You can continue to shop BrandAlley exactly as you do today.
• Existing orders will be fulfilled as normal.
• Returns and refunds will continue to be honoured.
• The brands, sales and service you love aren’t going anywhere.
