Karen Millen and Coast chief executive Beth Butterwick as left her role following the acquisition of the brands by Boohoo in a pre-pack administration. Pattern cutting roles for both acquired brands have been placed in consultation with, it is understood, affected staff being offered roles at Boohoo’s Manchester headquarters. As Boohoo did not take on the stores or their teams, further redundancies are expected as the administrators begin to close the stores. Around 1100 employees are likely to be affected.
