Buy It Direct group which operates brands including Appliances Direct, Better Bathrooms, Dones Direct, Furniture123 and Laptops Direct has posted a small pre-tax profit for year ended 31 st March 2024. The pre-tax profit amounted to £1.09m against a loss of £13m for the previous year on turnover of £332.2m which was down from £354m.
The business had worked to reduce costs across the period and is, like many other sector businesses, currently working to find further cost savings in order to meet the challenges presented by the government’s budget.
