Simon Hill-Norton, co-founder of Sweaty Betty, has stepped into the role of chairman making way for Julia Straus to assume the role of chief executive at the athleisure brand. Straus joined the company last year as managing director. Sweaty Betty operates a total of 60 stores in the UK and the US.
Hill-Norton commented; “Julia brings exceptionally strong experience with nine years of senior leadership roles at digital pure-plays. As a digital native with extensive experience in the US. we are excited to have Julia’s skills and enthusiasm to supercharge our growth in these areas and continue to drive our global expansion.”
