Charlotte Olympia has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in the USA. The filing was made by the three businesses which trade ad Charlotte Olympia, namely Pinktoe Tarantula Ltd., along with Desert Blonde Tarantula Ltd. and Red Pump Tarantula Ltd..These are owned by UK based Charlotte Olympia Holdings Ltd, founded by Charlotte Dellal who, last year, sold a stake in the business to Japanese owned Onward Luxury Group.
In the UK the business operates two stores and a concession in Harvey Nichols. These remain open as does the Charlotte Olympia wholesale business.
