Devon headquartered CMO Group has announced its intention to delist from the AIM market and become a private limited company. This follows a difficult trading period for the building materials specialist which sells online and will achieve significant cost savings for the business.
The company has confirmed that it has received irrevocable undertakings to vote in favour of the resolutions from all of its directors and majority shareholders.
Once its AIM listing is cancelled, likely to be on 27th March, two of its non-executive directors will be resigning.
