CollectPlus roll-out for John Lewis

John Lewis’ online customers may now opt to collect their orders from any one of the 5,500 local convenience stores, newsagents, supermarkets and petrol stations,  which form part of the CollectPlus network,  at a fixed rate of £3 per parcel. The service is available for all items weighing up to 10kg. The roll out follows a year long test of the service in selected areas during which over 18,000 click and collect consignments were handled for John Lewis. 

CollectPlus is set to expand its network of locations to 7,500 this year  in order to bring a convenient local facility to many more consumers.
