Communisis is in administration with Interpath Advisory appointed on 28 December at Communisis Ltd., Communisis UK Ltd., Communisis Digital Ltd., and Communisis Data Intelligence Ltd..
Following the appointment, Communisis Brand Deployment and assets of the group’s Customer Experience business were sold to Paragon Customer Communications. This saw the Twelve and Editions agencies and Vox Group go to Paragon as part of the deal, saving around 580 jobs.
Jeremy Walters, Paragon CEO, said: “I’m delighted that we’ve been able to close this deal. We’re now looking forward to releasing the potential that’s been created and to giving stability and a clear path forward to our impressive new colleagues and clients.”
However, around 630 redundancies have been made as Communisis operations in Cramlington, Leeds, and Liverpool have been closed.
