Conviviality confirms two senior appointments

Off licence and convenience store chain Conviviality,  which acquired wholesaler and distributor Matthew Clark earlier this year, has named David Robinson as its managing director, retail. Robinson joins from Home Retail Group plc where he was a member of the executive board and most recently chief operating officer of Argos. The business has also appointed Mark Simmonds as commercial finance director, again for Conviviality retail, who joins from Mitchells and Butlers plc where he was director of financial planning & analysis.
