The Cotswold Company has appointed a new chairman – Jim Sharp – who has chaired brands including Seraphine, Feelunique, In The Style and You Garden.

Sharp will work closely with CEO Ralph Tucker to build significant growth. Matt Pollington, recently of Made.com, joins as CMO, a board position with a brief to elevate the brand’s awareness and support growth. Mike Ellis has been named director of merchandising, having joined the business last year from The White Company.
