The Telegraph has reported that Crew Clothing is suing its former CEO, David Butler, to recover £622,000 in bonuses and benefits that had been paid to Butler at his request but that the retailer says had not been authorised by Crew Clothing’s owner, Menoshi Shina.
The High Court has paused an in-progress claim made by Butler against Crew Clothing for unfair dismissal pending the outcome of this further dispute between the two parties.
