Debenhams has promoted Jessica Shepherd to the role of strategy director. Shepherd joined Debenhams as its brand development director three years ago and has most recently held the post of brand and digital director for the retailer’s international division. Prior to her term at Debenhams was the role of deputy managing director of Aurora Fashions and digital strategy director for Coast following the demerger of the Coast, Oasis and Warehouse brands.
