GMB members at DHL Bradford which delivers to Marks and Spencer’ stores are being balloted for industrial action over pay. Around 100 workers are involved. The ballot closes on 19 October, with the result expected the same day. Despite months of negotiations during which DHL offered a 5 per cent pay rise and a £100 lump sum, the GMB is pressing for more.
