Dusk revenue up 19 per cent in first half as second quarter accelerates

Dusk.com grew revenue by 19 per cent in the six months to 30 September 2026, the first half of its 2027 financial year.

Growth picked up to 33 per cent in the second quarter. Dusk said consumer spending in the first quarter was held back by cost of living pressures, and that new ranges, greater brand awareness and its loyalty scheme lifted trading in the second.

Key figures

  • Revenue up 19 per cent year on year for the half
  • Second-quarter revenue up 33 per cent
  • Active customers up 19 per cent
  • MyDUSK loyalty membership up 56 per cent to more than 698,000 in September
  • Around 50 per cent of orders now come from repeat customers

Dusk did not publish revenue in pounds or any profit figures for the half. It said it had made “further progress on profitability”.

Trade and new channels
DUSK Trade, a business-to-business service launched in May 2026, now has more than 2,000 active accounts. Customers include property developers, housebuilders and interior designers. Dusk said average order value in trade is more than 2.5 times that of its retail business.

The company has also added bathroom furniture to its range and held six in-person events so far this financial year, including pop-ups and celebrations of its tenth anniversary.

Delivery and checkout
Dusk has added Saturday delivery, more payment options and furniture warranties through LOXA, aimed mainly at larger purchases. It said its Trustpilot rating has risen to “Great”.

Chief executive Chris Read said the business was “entering the second half with great momentum particularly given our pleasing second quarter, with all our major KPIs continuing to improve”.

In the year to 31 March 2026, Dusk’s revenue rose 28 per cent to £195m.
