Set to float on AIM on 25 April, Eddie Stobart Logistics has entered into a contract to acquire multichannel retail logistics specialist iForce for a consideration of £43 million. iForce achieved revenues of £56.3 million for the year ended 3 July 2016. Via the proposed acquisition Eddie Stobart seeks to extend its reach into eCommerce services provision.
