Apollo has acquired high-end streetwear retailer End Clothing from The Carlyle Group.
The business which posted revenues of £221.1m for the year to 31 March ’23, is understood to be heavily indebted. Apollo will focus on reducing the business’ debt and strengthening its balance sheet to get it back on track.
