News has broken that Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) which was appointed to handle the administration of Farfetch has taken a case to the High Court claiming that Jose Neves, Stephanie Phair and Elliot Jordan formerly in the Farfetch leadership team may have ‘seriously mismanaged’ the business before its collapse.
A&M claims that the former directors failed to respond to requests for documents on a voluntary basis and has said that it also wants to investigate the events which led to the pre-pack administration of Farfetch to Coupang which left creditors owed over £300m.
