FCA to investigate Revolution Beauty issues

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has commenced an investigation into potential breaches of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) in relation to matters in the period from July 2021 to September 2022.

Revolution Beauty says that it is cooperating fully with the FCA and that it will make a further announcement in due course.

Trading in Revolution Beauty shares was suspended on September 1st 2022 when the company failed to complete its audit for year ending 28th February 2022 and publish its annual report and accounts by 31st August 2022.
