Findel says it had a good first half with its overall like-for-like sales coming in at 6 per cent up for the 27 weeks to 30th September 2016. Express Gifts enjoyed a strong lift – up 12 per cent like for like but its Findel Education division saw sales fall by 5.5 per cent in what has been a difficult and highly budget-restrained sector.
Express Gifts is focusing on new customer recruitment with a TV campaign focused on its low prices featuring heavily in its strategy.
