Forward Dimension Capital has swooped on MedicAnimal to acquire 100 per cent of the business, saving it from administration. The online retail of veterinary products and pet supplies was founded in 2007 by Ivan Retzignac and Andrew Bucher who continue with the business under its new ownership alongside David Rigby from Forward Dimension Capital who takes the role of executive chairman.
