Frasers Group has announced that it will not now be proceeding with a takeover of Mulberry despite it now having a 36 per cent stake in the luxury leather goods business. It will instead hold on to its stake. The news follows a very active year for the Mike Ashley led Frasers Group which shows no sign of resting on its laurels.
