Frasers Group has posted first half sales – covering the 26 weeks to 29 October – of £2.71bn which is up from £2.59bn for the same period last year. Pre-tax profits were also up to £310.2m from £260.8m.
Retail revenue had gone up by 4 per cent with recent acquisitions providing a boost together with a strong performance from Sports Direct.
The business said that has great momentum as it heads into Christmas trading.
