Never a business to miss an opportunity, Frasers Group has acquired a 4.54 per cent stake in N Brown which, of course, has recently posted a revenue decline which saw its share price fall by 17 per cent.
Frasers Group may well be looking in the longer term to boost the potential for Studio as well as adding to its brand offering at Sports Direct with Jacamo, should the opportunity arise to acquire the N Brown business.
