Frasers has leveraged the IP gained as part of its acquisition of Studio with the development of its own payment solution combined with a membership scheme. Called Frasers Plus it will offer flexible payment options to Frasers’ customers across its stable of brands.
The data-driven membership scheme will provide customers with relevant special offers, offer points for every purchase made which will be able to be redeemed against future shopping with the group.
The business will also be looking to provide the platform to other retailers on a white-label basis.
Frasers Group CEO Michael Murray revealed the development during a presentation to delegates at the World Retail Congress earlier this week.
