Fruugo secures further funding

Fruugo, an international shopping marketplace has raised a further £1.4 million funding from a number of private investors including Sir Stuart Rose. Fruugo has an online platform which allows retailers to reach customers in over 20 countries with fully supported cross border services including translation and currency conversion. The business,  which recently launched a Magento plug-in,  is also working on other integrations with Shopify, PrestShop, WooCommerce and BigCommerce. The Fruugo site currently offers over 3 million products across 23 countries and work is also underway to add a further ten countries.
